My mom's AC went out at her home and I contacted Raul S. and he came to the house that same evening. He was thorough, honest, found the problem. Next day his technician came by to add another part and Walter was also thorough in checking out the AC System. Overall-Great Customer Service!! 10 Stars******* I Definitely Recommend this company. D & R HVAC recently installed two brand new Daikin Air Conditioning Systems in our home in San Gabriel We interviewed and accepted bids from other HVAC companies, but none of the competitors could match the price, technical expertise, professionalism, high standards, and customer service that both Dave and Raul, owners of D & R HVAC brought to the table. What a team they are extremely knowledgeable about the industry and have years of experience and first-rate technical knowledge and ability and great communication skills.
They took the time and were very thorough to explain the entire process from first doing a complete home energy study to selecting the right AC system to new installation and regular follow-up services to ensure our total satisfaction. We had a lot of questions and they were always very patient with us and fully explained the entire process, steps, and service procedures to us.
No other contractor we talked to even came close to the professional abilities of contactors Dave and Raul. For example, when we asked other companies to provide us with the home energy study in writing, they were unable to deliver. This information is so very important to every homeowner as it tells you that you have the right air flow and adequate supply to every in room in your home to keep you absolutely comfortable with cool in the summer and heat in the winter. Trust us you must have this information in writing.
Thanks a million, to both Dave and Raul and the entire staff at D & R HVAC. We love our new AC units they work amazing and we are now able to truly enjoy our home now after having years of problems with our old units. Every room in our home is so comfortable and enjoyable.
