They came and replaced my roof in June of 2014 and in doing so they have caused so much internal damage to home. They damaged property during the renovations but reluctantly agreed to pay for it. I have contacted them numerous times to try and rectify the fact that it was raining inside my home and every time they could not help yet my lawyer who sent roofers to my home found the problem within 2 minutes and asked if I had a 5 year old put my roof on and said the entire roof needs to be replaced. I also had 2 other roofers tell me the same thing. I now have to replace my entire kitchen from the ceilings to the floors, my living room ceiling and one wall and the public adjusters are coming back today with their people to look and see if the damage has gone to my basement. My insurance co is paying for all the damage inside and will be suing him for the money but I have to file a claim with his insurance company for the actual roof and D&R will not return my phone calls or give me their insurance company's name. I have missed work and right now I have been awake for 48 hours straight emptying buckets of water and trying to keep my rescued babies out of harms way. Now I also have to get a mold clean up crew and my families health could suffer from this. That is my nightmare. Hire at your own risk. I can't even elect one star for terrible because that is an understatement but I have no choice.
