I can’t say enough good things about Ray and the D&R construction guys. Our home was in need of some exterior help. It need door and windows replaced along with old LPS siding that was breaking apart. With the PNW weather we knew we needed to locked down the house exterior. After looking around and talking with a couple different companies, we went with D&R and we are sure glad we did.
We didn’t expect to see some of the damage under the siding once it was removed as water leaks caused damage to the exterior walls. D&R knew exactly how to handle these curveballs repairs though and they were able to provide practical recommended action (like if it was their own house). This is above the level of service you would get from just a siding or door guy. We now have peace of mind knowing that all the hidden issues are fixed and the new installation was done right. The house now has an exterior shell that will outlive me.
After seeing the attention to detail and the skill level of D&R we decided to discuss our dream of adding a deck so we didn’t have our yard furniture in the dirt all the time. They were very patient and helpful in proposing a number of design options as well as material samples and always let us drive the direction we wanted it to go. They were even accommodating to changes we proposed mid build when adding things we didn’t discuss upfront. I highly recommend D&R Construction for whatever home needs you might have.
