I hired D-Rock G.Construction LLC for a rehabbing of a house project. The project took 9 months instead of 3 as per our agreement. They have zero skills in communicating, no sense of time frame, responsibility, or reliability. They were coming when they felt like doing it. Very often I would see only one person working in the house for days, or there was no one at all. When they were there it was ongoing laughter and mingling with locals....
They left the project unfinished, without installation of the heating system. The CEO of the LLC just stopped answering my calls, emails or texts.
The only comfort I have left was that what they have finished was a skilled job.
I would not recommend you to work with this company, unless you have unlimited time and finances . Unless you do not care about your investments, especially if you are in a real estate rehabbing business.

D Rock did several renovation projects at my house and I was amazed with the finished product. Their price was also on the low end of other estimates I got. Highly recommended.
