Donnie came in, cut to the chase and gave a fair price for the work that had to be done, replacing an existing water heater. He did the work quickly and effectively and I had hot water before he left. Used quality replacement tank, Rheem , D&S didn't pad the work with un-necessary parts or labor. I will use this plumber again.
