On time. Knowledgeable. Friendly. Clean. Dedicated. I had a sprinkler issue (ended up being a break). D1 came when the said they would (ok, one minute EARLY). They had me explain the issue (low flow) and they tracked the issue methodically, explaining their approach (capping and following the main) along the way. When it was fixed, D1 put back the soil, the heads (making sure they hit the right spots with the new pressure), and replaced the sod. This is a SKILLED plumber who KNOWS his stuff. I plan on hiring D1 when I replace my hot water heater, or - heaven forbid - have an emergency.
