Finish basement, do plans, get permit, supervise construction, and finish work, coordinate inspections, recommend subcontractors that do quality work at reasonable fees and got it done on time and on budget. We fully discussed the scope and budget of our project before signing the contract and with good communication between us it went well. There was a problem or two along the way that was promptly corrected with no hassle at all. Dennis and his crew did a fine job. We will have him back every time his skills are needed. I highly recommend him.
