Xcel hired this company to replace utlity lines in my neighborhood. My backyard was selected for the access. They worked in my yard for over a week and brought in their equpiment through my deck and over my fence damaging both. I never spoke to any company representative and the workers did not speak english. They made a huge mess of my backyard, they dug several holes and destroyed my grass and landscaping. Their equipment bent my fence and now it is falling down. At no time was I ever offered any information on the project, time frame or how my yard would be prepared. I assume there is a reason the workers do not speak english is so they don't have to answer questions or provide any information. I have no recourse because it was a utility job. I just have to repair my fence, deck and landscaping myself.
