    The city planning dept of Manchester, NH lead dept hired them for a lead abatement of my apt. Which only meant switching out the wood doors for new plastic coated cardboard ones, painting or removing some of the window sills & door frames. More of a freebie for my slumlord. They left my apt filthy & full of damages! I have pictures for proof! They left my bathrm filthy. Rinsed off their tools full of something that left a build up next to my sink drain & my bath tub draining slow. Used my toilet & left it disgusting! There's white paint flecks all over the wood floors & scratches. They stole 3 window screens out of my windows. They also removed some the storm windows & back hallway railing. All code violations since none were replaced! I also now have 2 holes in my walls & cracking that wasn't there before! They also put a light in the back hallway that can't be turned off! Since I pay for the hallway lights this is a big deal!No appointment ever was given to me by the city or my landlord to go over the damages this company caused to my apt either. Just one or the city hall employees lying saying she was signing off on the apt as no damages bc she showed up unannounced while I was cooking dinner & I asked for her to come back the following day. Which she refused! Don't hire this company! They do shotty work & U will notice more things they "fixed" falling apart in days to come! They also will create more damages to ur walls, floors! Take pictures of everything before & after! Oh & PS they left lead dust covering my frig, belongings & kitchen floor not mentioning the boot footprints left throughout my apt!

    What a bad experience! This company put on a nw roof for us, and we have had problems ever since. Our shingles have been flying off, we have continuous leaking, ice in our attic, and nails hammered in between roof boards. What a mess. they also did a messy job reglazing our wooden windows (older) and have seams everywhere in our aluminum siding. This company just wants to get in and out quickly and run with the money. Unfortunately, Our shingles started flying off 2 years after they completed the job. They say they are not responsible, but the last time I checked, a new roof should last for more that 2 years. I am filing numerous complaints with the appropriate boards and bureaus, as well as letting my homeowner's insurance go after them. I am sick of getting the run around from the owners wife- Marianna. Let them deal with the insurance company, not me. Homeowners beware of this company.
