No. I do not recommend Dalco Forensic for any kitchen projects. I had a contact with Dalco thru my HOA . Dalco and I entered into a contract agreement to remodel my kitchen, living room, and bonus room. All projects were incomplete. When I wrote Dalco a letter to request follow-up works for my projects. He brought his assistance with him to my household and started to confront with me, aggravated. The meeting was too bad and I had to end the meeting. He acted like a gang member, trying to prove me I am wrong. The kitchen project was done so poorly; the kitchen duct was placed too low. It hits my eyes or forehead while I am cooking. There is a huge gap between the gas range and kitchen counter, I had to put some self-made insulation. The kitchen cabinets were installed poorly, I had to call HomeDepot for repair. The kitchen lights were installed so badly, I had to replace whole lighting fixture. A couple of years after the kitchen project, pipes under the sink started to leak. The gas oven connectors were not installed correctly. I had to call the Gas Company. Dalco denied all of these and I had to incur extra money to fix what Dalco didn't do correctly. I don't think Dalco know what they were doing even though he claims he is a licensed contractor. Only things I regret are 1) I did not enough time to pursue to claim 2) I did not research enough before the projects. Please take your time to research if you plan to remodel. There are many bad contractors out there.

My kitchen and living room/dining room were renovated by Dalco. The work was done well and the workers were a pleasure to deal with. Everything was left clean and I am enjoying the “new digs”. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
