Hired as general contractor to construct a home. Did not build home according to plans, did not complete contract, left with a home with multiple issues and mold, leaking plumbing, cracked walls and ceilings, a bathroom that is completely unusable due to a leak, lot grading issues, fit an finishes that are falling apart., seaping foundation.

Contracted Jech to construct a 0 entry home so my elderly parents didn't have to trip on steps, he was told in person several times and I saw him write down 0 entry home. He built the home with steps into every entry and when confronted with the gross mistake, he only offered to build ugly ramps into the home. We also wanted custom bathroom work done and he was reluctant at best to make any modifications to the cookie cutter plans that he offered. He refused to return our deposit after we walked away from this incompetent contractor who has false claims of building custom homes.
