Permits
- Building permit records show that Dallas Elite Stamped Concrete has worked on 8 permitted projects.
Hired to build outdoor patio structure 24x24 to include bar and fireplace. The fireplace never worked right and after third party inspection found that the build of the fireplace was no where near code. The flue was constructed of HVAC tubing not stove pipe, joints were silicone, no flashing around chimney structure and allowed water to invade the interior materials, the sub structure has burnt and charred due to lack of proper materials used. Samuel Vasquez and Maria del Carmen Zamudio DBA Dallas Stamped Concrete will not return my calls, texts, or emails for repair or refund. Now seeking legal avenues. The project was complete October 2020.
