    flooring, kitchen remodel
    $5,000

This company was hired to replace damaged flooring due to a water leak. They went above and beyond to get this done quickly. They were pleased to add extra work that I wanted to change. I would use them again!

    build addition to home
    $100,000

Dallas Wilson is a decent person, but he is an awful business man. I made the mistake of hiring Mr. Wilson to build an addition to my home. His estimate was over $20,000 under cost (with no un-predicted issues to the build) and the 4-6 month projected completion time, ended after 15 months when I fired him and the project wasn't half completed at that time.
The problems were numerous, but included; rarely showed up to the work site (1 every 2-3 weeks in the first few months) to look at work being done by his employees (mostly barely skilled 19-21 year-olds); going 2-3 days at a time with no work, no workers and no calls explaining why; working for several months with no city permits, even after being contacted by the city to get one, eventually leading to being shut down for several weeks. Work began again when I took time off my job to go and pick it up; VERY poor work by employees- my second contractor (who completed the job) had to go back and fix numerous issues including, 90-degree angles being off, wooden supports not being attached or just not even being long enough to be fastened to beams, trash in yard, attempting work that he/workers had no idea how to do, using cheap materials, etc.
All-in-all, I blame myself for not stopping this nightmare earlier, but I had spent too much $ and I felt trapped. Please believe me, find another contractor to do whatever you need done.

Often showed up late or not at all on day stated. Did not call to let us know they had change of plans.
Offset tile in bathroom and left a small hole in wall at base of tub, which they never fixed.
