Thomas Electrical overcharged. We originally got an estimate from Dallin Thomas and after completing the work he broke the news that his bill ended up being much higher than he originally quoted. He didn't seem to care about us and only cared about getting paid. It would have been better if he would have told us up front about how he had estimated only about half of what he ended up giving us to pay. We won't be doing business with him again.
