The pre-work service and selling of the job was great. He was a really nice guy and very attentive. Three days after pouring concrete it started cracking and less than one month later multiple cracks occurred. All he said was concrete cracks and he tells customers up front he doesn't guarantee work on cranking. So, $6,500 later I have a patio full of cracks and bad seal that water seeps in and leaves water marks all over. After he finished the job he couldn't even print or email me a receipt because he said his email wasn't working properly. He texted me a receipt that I couldn't even sign. Sounds sketchy to me. Customer service post job was sub par. He only communicates via text message and even yelled at me on text message then apologized the next day because he was wrong about something. After more cracks appeared he said he would send a QA person to look at it. Never did and never responded to me again. I'll likely have to replace this patio in 2 years. I would not recommend DAM and have read online similar reviews that I wish I had read sooner.
