    Hired for a kitchen redo and they were so fixated on one type of kitchen supplier that it was unbearable to work with. I gave them an opportunity to get out of the contracts prior to starting the work if they could not work with another cabinet supplier. I did not like the particular kitchen supplier they work with regularly so I went with another. I had to hear about this cabinet supplier daily! Needless to say the kitchen was not installed according to the written plans. Very frustrating since the supplier who did the measuring said they were available while the work was being done to go over the plans and even come to the house.

    I bought a sink that the cabinet/counter supplier told me was the correct size. The sink sat in my kitchen while the cabinets were being installed about a week and I was told the day before the counters were going in that it was the wrong size sink by Damon. Wrong, but I complied and bought a sink smaller and twice the price. I was told by the counter supplier and installer that the sink was to be installed prior to the counter tops. After being ridiculed and laughed at multiple times by Damon and his workers, he was wrong again. The workers were very unprofessional.

    I had to reinstall my garbage disposal just after the work was done because it was leaking. It turned out to be an installation issue. Shocking.

    I also said from the beginning to keep me in the loop about extra costs. Was never told and was hit with a $3k bill on my counter one morning. The original contract and payment schedule was never followed according to how it was written. I am still having issues with my hardwood floors with gaps and buckling depending on the season.
