Hard to initially reach... Job took twice as long as expected...Showed up unprepared... Damaged surrounding hardware... Damaged hardware that was being installed...Did not complete job... Was billed for the extra time the job took because of HIS errors... No written quote.... No itemized billing... Had to do most of the job over again myself after he left as it was not done correctly... Would NEVER use again!!!
