  Bathroom remodel

  DO NOT HIRE THIS CONTRACTOR does not work to code in olathe only used 1/4 inch backer board when code calls for 1/2 inch. Result = failed floor tiles, did not use thin set under what he did install. we found one place where 3/8 piece of backer board was used causing un-eveness. The 12x24 tiles were not back buttered, the morter was not properly applied to allow air to escape. The seams of the backer board were not sealed. I caught him trying to use fixtures that were left over from another remodel, he hires illegals and even told me they were not citizens.

  Absolutely wonderful contractor! The work he did was top quality and he was extremely reliable. He did everything he could to ensure we stayed on budget, while not cutting corners or rushing. If we ever ended up with a problem, I know that we could call him and he'd come fix it right away. I'd definitely use him again for a future project!

  TERRIBLE contractor

  I would NOT recommend him for any project. He doesn't complete the work. He rushes to complete but fails every time. Has to do the work over 3 times at least to get it done right. Calling new contractor to do all of his work because he did such a TERRIBLE job. The material they use is low grade or 2nd hand. They will also post your old items they take out of your house on Craigs list and make a profit. Very shady outfit. They also stole items from inside and outside of the house. If you don't walk through he will lie and say he completed the task. DO not believe a word he says.

  Do not hire this guy. he remodeled my home lied about a furnace install so he could pocket more cash, work on my deck and destroyed it, tried to put a screen door handle on upside down and wanted to take a hack saw to my frame because it didn't fit. His painters over sprayed the ceiling and got all over my freshly painted door trim. everything he bought to put on my home came with dents scratches and dings. he put a hand rail in and not only did he scrap wood to nail to my wall to build out the handle, he didn't even mount the handle to a stud. The dry wall was holding it on (barely). The Girl Scouts would a better. This contractor is worthless, so save yourself the expense and find an honest contractor.

  Fantastic work! Had him build a two level deck and it turned out better than I was expecting! Price was $2000 less than the other guys as well. He returns calls and is reliable, something I cannot say for other contractors that I have worked with.
