If I could give him zero stars, I would. This guy ripped off my elderly mother. She paid him $150 for a one year service contract on her furnace, AC and water heater. She couldn't even get him to come to her house for a almost a year - he gave her excuse after excuse and even told her he couldn't find her house. Then when he finally did show up, he had to come back to replace a switch on her furnace and charged her $140 for a service call and the part/labor - he used the high price of gas as his excuse. He never did service her AC - that was part of the deal. Do not hire this man.

My daughter hired this company on the recommendation of a friend. She was given an estimate, and he came and did half of the job he was hired to do because it was "too cold" to come back and wrap the pipes at that time. Twice he made an appointment, twice she took off work (a single mom losing work time) and twice he failed to show. He "forgot." The third appointment he was supposed to show, I was there. No show, he didn't bother to call and furthermore he blocked my daughter's number. The tub handle he fixed inside still leaks and the hot water heater he installed sometimes in the morning is just warm. He may be cheaper than other plumbers, but good luck on getting him to show and actually finish the job.
