My roof was redone two years ago and I thought a good job was done. However, after the March 18 hail storm, another contractor told me there were four layers of roof on my house instead of the legal limit of two. Also, after the storm, I was told several times that I would be given an estimate to repair and I never got it. I attempted to contact via phone and letter, to no avail. I am sure it was apparent there were too many layers when the roof was replaced two years ago and I think I am entitled to have some of the labor costs returned to me because I paid over $7000 for a roof that was not done correctly. I was initially very pleased with the work until I learned recently that real condition of my roof. Would not recommend.
