UNLICENSED, UNINSURED, WORKS ILLEGALLY AND DAMAGED/DAMAGES PROPERTY!!!! FLOODED, DESTROYED OUR HOUSE!!! VERY UNSAFE!!! DAN SPIRO IS A COWARD!!!! DAN SPIRO DOESN'T LIKE GETTING PERMITS/PERMISSION FROM THE TOWNSHIP, HE WILL JUST "WORK" LIKE AN APE ON ROLLER SKATES AND DESTROY EVERYTHING IN HIS PATH. :-/ DOESN'T DESERVE 1 STAR, DESERVES ZERO.

I entrusted him to do an addition on my home. He destroyed our house without concern or care. I had to uproot my family and temporarily move them out of town, because our home was unlivable after Dan Spiro "worked" and destroyed our home. Dan Spiro DID NOT notice or mention MANY safety issues within the structure of our home. Dan left electrical wires all over the floor, the roof was ripped off after he was told not to do so WITHOUT A PERMIT!!! What a mess.
THANK GOD WE HIRED SOMEONE ELSE!!!!!
