I would not recommend this contractor. He is unethical and a written contract with him is not worth the paper it is written on. He entered private property to dig perk test holes without landowner consent causing property damage that he refused to bring back to original condition and lied, saying he had consent. Not trust worthy-stay away from business dealing with this contractor.
