We had a home built in Cranberry Twsp Pa and we needed someone creative to landscape our steep front yard with a manhole in front of the house. Dana is very creative but very expensive. He would not give exact cost up front. We gave him our budget and he said he could work something out. But in the end we gave him his asking price because he said he had a sick family member. He was to replace about 10 dead plants ( which died because he took so long to plant them) , provide us with a list of all of our plants, return once to help initial pruning, provide us with the remaining black felt ground cover that we purchased for our landscaping and complete the staining on our patio. He also took 4 months longer then he said our project would take. He has disappeared. He never answers his phone or email. He has not had anyone from his business contact us. This is disappointing and dishonest. His creativity was wonderful. His dishonesty is basic theft. We are good people who were taken advantage of. We didn't think we needed lawyers involved. Dana talks a good game. Beware!
