    Build pool house 400 square feet
    $145,000

    Master Carpenter, insufficient delegation and scheduling skills. When on the job and off the phone: he does very good work. The problem is his mind is elsewhere most of the time. I hired him to build a pool house start to finish and he was one month behind after 2 months in the job.
