I had an issue with my AC system that was a component defect. The cooling was reduced to the point that it was almost non existent. Chris had originally installed the system so I contacted him and he resolved the issue without cost. His solution permanently solved the problem. Now my systems works great again. Thanks Chris for the great service.

Chris Dance is a slug! He was all nice and friendly to get the job of installing a complete new heater and air conditioning unit. When service was required we are now too far for him to travel. He improperly installed our unit which now requires me to pay another installer to fix his butcher job. He failed to leave enough room so the AC coil could be removed. Ne the tire unit needs to be disassembled. The brand new coil he installed was not a Godman coil so Goodman can't honor the part warranty. He slipped in some bogus aftermarket coil without us knowing. This is the second time now I have to pay a reputable company to fix his shoddy workmanship. He has refused to even come and verify these claims. BUTCHER

Chris installed a new a/c unit and I asked him at the time for quotes on replacing oil heater and electric hot water heater with gas units as well as running gas lines into heater room.. His quotes were very good and he worked with us during the ten weeks it took for Peco to have a gas line run to the house and put in the gas meter. The minute that was done, Chris was on hand to fire up the new units and to make sure there were no problems. He cleaned the areas involved when he was done so that you wouldn't know work had been done. I have praised Chris to all of my friends and hope that some of them require HVAC work in the near future. I would recommend Chris(Dance HVAC LLC) to all that have HVAC requirements. Not only is Chris a Professional in his field, but he is very personal and a pleasure to deal with. I will be calling Chris in the future as we add additional gas appliances.

Chris installed a ductless multi-split system in my home in November 2013. The thing hadn't worked right once! Didn't heat efficiently in the winter, didn't cool efficiently in the summer. Nothing but a headache since the first day. He uses cheap equipment, rushes the installation, doesn't do the work up to code, and doesn't stand behind his work. After several attempts at getting him to come out to service the outdoor condenser, he told me to look elsewhere and not to call him again. He is a con artist!

Since Mr. dance refused to come out and service our 3-year-old HVAC he installed we contacted a well-known company in our area. Upon arrival, they immediately informed me that the gas lines run to the hot water heater which Mr. Dance also installed are not up to code. This will result in me spending more money to fix his mistake. While inspecting the heater/AC unit they informed me that if they should need to replace the coil, the entire duct work assembly may need to be removed as the coil access is installed on the back side of the unit and there may not be enough clearance to slide the coil out without hitting the wall. they stated that the unit should have been installed with the coil access towards the front. ANOTHER HUGEEEEEE EXPENSE because Mr. Dance refused to come out and service the unit he installed. I AM PISSED! I have never trashed someone in public before and I don't feel good about this but people need to be informed of this individuals lack of commitment. The distance certainly wasn't too far to come when he needed the business.

Chris is very professional and nice to work with. He is very reliable and has recently installed a new heat pump for me. He recommended a more efficient unit and it has already saved me a lot of money on my monthly PECO bill. I would not hesitate to recommend him to family, neighbors and friends.

I would highly recommend Dance HVAC LLC. They are prompt at getting back to you regarding availability. The work is great and I haven't had any issues.

Used Dance HVAC in August 2015 for a complete oil fired boiler replacement. Best price around, as I shopped this for nearly two years. Were very professional and completed installation as promised on time. I would and have already recommended Dance HVAC to family and friends.

I was out of town when our heater needed repair. We looked online for a repairman whose office was in Levittown. When we contacted Chris, he was willing to come out, look at the heater, and repair it on the same day (his birthday nontheless). We will definitely use Chris again in the future.

I have had a couple of emergency situations. One time no heat and called Dance HVAC. He came out and serviced my heater and fixed the problem. The other time I had no AC and I called Dance HVAC and he fixed the problem faster than I expected. I just had Dance HVAC quote a HVAC/AC for an in law suite and his prices were spot on. He got back to me with the prices in less than a week. There is never any dancing around when deal with DANCE HVAC!
