Usually on those few occasions when I experience very good services, I write a statement such as this, to that effect. However, on March 31, 2023, the Dane Electric electrician who arrived to my condo (exactly on time), initially impressed me with the ease of his very professional engagement with me. He came to replace an electric panel that was first installed circa mid 1950's. Nonetheless, he went about the work in undaunted fashion, took care to ensure that the workspace remained secured from floor damage. He answered my questions in such a fashion that even I understood what he was doing. And he finished the work at the estimated time. Moreover, in writing the check for services, I was impressed that this highly competent service was conducted as promised, with confidence, and met the reasonable cost estimate for the work to the penny, I felt compelled to let others know this story, because too often these days, increased numbers of Americans have never experienced professional and well-mannered customer service. Five Stars for Dane. Would do 6 if I could !!
