It is with much frustration and disappointment that I write this review. I have given Troy, the owner, over 3 weeks to return our overpayment as he had promised several times in the past 3 weeks. Unfortunately, he did not stand by his word.
When I realized just hours after I paid him that I overpaid him based on our contract, I immediately sent a text. It took days for him to respond although it only took minutes for him to respond when he wanted our business. I thought we had finally found an honest contractor in AZ but Troy's lack of honesty and integrity is enough for us to never recommend him.
