Danforth Construction gave me a price which was less than the other two contractors, so we proceeded. I can't say enough good things about these guys. They built a deck and a new entrance to the side of the house,and went above and beyond what most contractors would do without asking for more money. It was a 203 loan so a rep from the bank had to inspect the work, and he just kept going on and on about what a great job they did, in fact I fully expected him to ask for their number. Again, they're great guys to work with but they're really busy.
