had guy come out to replace everything in an entire room. flooring, walls, ceiling, doors, windows, every little thing. insurance claim. as a contractor from another state i can say we are talking easily a 10-15k job. time sensitive on the free quote. Guy came out (live a 1 minute drive from him) and gathers all the info and measurements needed. then refuses to get in contact. ignores texts/calls/emails. at the very least could've said not interested. Just a few words wouldve dealt with the situation. Instead makes a bad reputation for the whole company. They couldve quoted $35k and wouldve been paid immediately.
