    We were very disappointed in Dan's work building a home for us. He did not honor his quotes, he did not meet the schedule and he took a very adversarial stance in virtually everything he worked on. We were treated poorly by Dan and he turned what should have been an enjoyable experience having a dream home built into a nightmare. Dan may be ok with a small remodel, but our home was clearly over his head. And rather than rise to the occasion and meet his customer's expectations and at a price, we agreed on, Dan took an adversarial stance and delayed the project time and time again. We would never hire Dan again. We'd gladly pay more to have someone else do it right, honor their bid and treat us with respect.

    From the initial meeting to review my needs, to the review of the proposal, to the actual work, Dan showed his interest in making sure things go done right and as they were requested by me. Also, he met the schedule as discussed and truly worked hard consistently until the job was done. Yes, I would recommend him and will call him for any future needs. Thanks Dan!

    Daniel D Roth Construction is the only one I turn to for any issues I may have with my home and rentals. I can call on him and know I never have to worry because he has always been there, he's quick, he's very reasonble priced. I never feel I have to watch over him. So many times he had saved me money because he knew and explained what work was really only needed. I had all these violations with an old rental. Dan and his crew corrected everything to code. They had fixed. plumbing issues, intalled a larger window, railing on deck, water heater, replaced straps, electrical issues and HVAC. He's just a great guy. I feel Trust is an issue for me and Dan D Roth Construction is a Contractor you can trust. I know I always will.

    Our project involved replacing a cracked concrete patio in the back yard, creating walk ways from the front driveway to the back of the house, making seven steps from the walkway to the new patio and an extended walkway around a second floor deck. FIVE STARS! Admittedly, a skeptic in matters of home improvement contractors, I was not completely prepared to believe all of the positive comments posted on “Angie’s List.” However, after talking with the owner DANIEL D. ROTH, I was impressed with his experience, knowledge and straightforward answers to my questions. His bid was reasonable. The construction team arrived at the scheduled time and quickly began work. The crew, Jeremy, Juan and Blake were very skilled, hard working and agreeable. They often checked with me during the process. I suggested a few miner changes that were made without hesitation. They used extra caution when working around the flowerbeds and shrubbery. No damage was done. The project was completed in five days with better than expected results. Before they left, they thoroughly cleaned up the work area and checked to be sure certain we were completely satisfied. The Dan D. Roth Construction Company is among the best construction companies we have worked with. It was actually a pleasant experience and I don’t hesitate to recommend them to others

Dan has been there from the plan and development phase to the last final little detail, with a wealth of knowledge and expertise that continues to amaze. It is not a question of Dan and his capable crew knowing how to get the job done on time and on budget, the answer has always been yes with the results proving it to be true.

    Dan Roth is one of the most honest, timely and organized person I have ever met! It was a pleasure working with him and his projects were on time and done under budget. Tenant improvement: 2,400 sq ft commercial space: Framing, drywall, painted walla and ceiling, prep and painted concrete floor, commercial lighting, management of project deadlines and sub-contractors.     This was our 2nd time using this company. He on us over with smaller job he did last year and are extremely pleased with his performance. He cam in under budget and did an absolute wonderful job on an addition to our house...280 sq ft. He did all of the excavation, foundation, framing, electrical, roofing, flooring, sheet rock, skylights, heating and AC, insulation, and doors and windows installation work. Maryia Roth
