  Exterior Painting

  I hired Daniel De Priest Painting for exterior work on my home in late summer-fall 2018 . The majority of my window frames were in such disrepair and stages of rotting that I really didn't know what I was going to do. Dan and his crew scraped, sanded and painted 7 awnings -- and reframed, painted and glazed 22 windows. They made my home look like new again. Dan and his crew were always polite, on-time and did an exceptional job at a great price. He went above the scope of work and exceeded my expectations on how the window repair and painting would look. I actually have Dan's company on speed dial in my phone, not only for future work I may need, but to recommend him to anyone in need of a reliable and professional painting crew.

  Interior & exteior painting

  We first met Dan De Priest 6 years or so ago when he power washed our deck. A few days after the job was done, Dan returned to make sure: a) that nothing had been missed; and b) that we were totally happy with the work, which we were. A year or so later, we hired Dan and his crew to paint our living and dining rooms—not a straightforward job because the plaster has a decorative pattern in it and three different color paints were called for: walls, ceiling, and top & bottom mouldings. Five years later both rooms still look like they were just painted. So when it came time to paint a bedroom and the exterior trim, we again called Dan and he again did a great job. Finally last year we decided to paint all of the surfaces in the house that Dan hadn’t yet painted (a couple of bedrooms, hall, and kitchen) and, as always, we were very pleased with his work. Now me explain why – Dan has the highest standards of any person in the trades with whom we have ever done business. He does a lot of the work himself and when the work is done by his crew, Dan is there regularly to supervise and make sure that they are working to his exacting standards. When everything is done, he makes sure that his customers are completely satisfied and if, by chance, there is something they see that he missed, he will immediately make it right. We give him our highest recommendation.
