I hired Dan to spackle all walls and ceilings in LR, DR & hallway where the sheetrock nails were replaced with sheetrock screws. After the first day, Dan said the job was done and was ready to paint. Upon inspection, the work was substandard. 50% of the patches were inadequate (bumps, ridges, indentations). At this point, he lost all credibility and I decided that I would have to personally monitor all spackling work, including checking every single spackle spot after it was purportedly fixed, which angered Dan for some unknown reason. After 3 subsequent visits to fix the problems, the job still has problems and Dan is demanding payment. He verbally abused me via text messaging, calling me a "mental patient", telling me to "lose his number", that I was "unbelievable" and in the "top 3 of his list". I do not recommend hiring him. Somerspoint was lucky that he wasn't elected mayor.
