I had the pleasure of working with Dan on many improvements of my home. He was prompt, meticulous and very knowledgeable in his work. I had many proposals on a job that just seemed impossible to tackle (I had a problem with exposure to sun and he drew plans for a roofline not taking away from the special windows with reducing the amount of sunlight significantly). Other contractors told me there was no way it could be done without blocking views. His prices are affordable that I was able to have him do other work I didn't think I would afford at that time. Highly recommended.

Was very promt and worked closely within our budget. Was the only proposal that came close to our budget. Excellent workmanship and gave many ideas. We provided blueprints and on his own he redrew two other optional plans with one we chose instead of the original blueprint. We never asked and never worked with anyone who took their own time to show different avenues of the possibilities of different measures we could take. Work was complete before the timeframe given, even after his employee resigned for personal reasons.
