Dan installed a split rail fence for me and did a terrible job. He put the fence posts too close to each other and made it so that you can't get the rails out. These split rail fence are made so you can take the rails out in order to move tractors or livestock in in out. I reached out to Dan Kennedy several times and he refuses to take any accountability for his mistakes. Another fence company came up with a solution that would enable access atleast at the corners, however when I reached out to Dan Kennedy again to mediate the fence, he said that the fence had to installed tight in wet conditions. Again he refuses to take responsibility for his mistakes. It is unfortunate but now I have to seek out legal consul and take him to court.
