The quality of the work done by Daniel Peragallo should be considered below average. He will cut as many corners as possible to get the job done quickly and cheaply (for him) while passing inflated costs and post job responsibility to the customer. The one star rating for Daniel Peragallo is based on this. Especially post sales, Daniel Peragallo is terrible to work with. Expect any issues that arise to be minimized or dismissed entirely. If you are looking for a quality contractor, look elsewhere.

Daniel Peragallo will build a house of average quality with some aspects being slightly better than average and other aspects below average. The one star rating for Daniel Peragallo is based on the very poor customer facing aspect of the operation. Especially post sales, Daniel Peragallo is terrible to work with. Issues with the build are not addressed and requests for warranty work are ignored. From experiencing his operation, the priority from Daniel Peragallo is to close existing projects and move on to others. Standing by his work is not a priority.
