    Please stay away from Mr. Henderson. His business model does not focus on customer service or meeting any schedule. This is reflected in the reviews. Not a single even 2 star review. He will take 'advances' and the work does not get done. He has a small team that will show up in spurts while he is using your advance and delaying work by months. Then he will stop answering your phone. He knows how to work the ROC system too and will use that as an excuse to further delay your project.

    As the other reviews....and clients who have elected not to post a review,
    this is NOT a good contractor. He currently has over $12,000 over our money taken for "materials" in advance of the job, and has not responded when asked to return it. Admits he owes the money. Doesn't have it, he says. 4 months without making any reasonable progress on a 7 day job. Suing. Filed grievance at ROC. Beware.

    Do not hire!!! Completely flakey! He quotes is 4-6 months. We are now 9 months in and the job is still not finished. He has been completely dishonest as to managing his crew. They do not even show up some days. Other days they might show up for a few hours and leave. These is NO communication as to the project or cost plan and I feel that we have been taken advantage of. The job is still not finished and we are having to manage our own subcontractors to complete the job. In fact, he ordered the wrong color rock and had agrees to fix it, but 2 months later we are still waiting for an answer. DO NOT hire this contractor!!! He is dishonest and completely almost daily commits to things he can’t deliver. Most miserable experience of my life!

    A n eight week project took six months. No workers for weeks at a time. No materials when they did show up.
    Now our 1,400 square feet of travertine, after six months is a cracked mess.

    Terrible, terrible experience.

    Do not hire Daniel M. Henderson, 623-566-9692, 26618 N. 59 Drive, Phoenix, AZ 85085. Henderson took our deposit for materials of $1,220 on 10-3-16; cashed the check on 10-3-16 and to date no services have been performed and no refund given. Henderson will take your deposit and then proceed will myriad of excuses why work is delayed. Then after firing Henderson, will repeatedly lie re: "check is in the mail, and went so far as to say "my account is overdrawn$1,800 and I can't pay you", etc.
