Daniel installed our over the range microwave. We were completely satisfied with his work and his customer service. We purchased the replacement microwave from Home Depot to replace a microwave that died after 10 years of use with a newer model. We bought the microwave with installation; however, the people Home Depot sent were not able to install it and we sent pictures to Daniel and he accepted the job. It was tough due to the fact that the microwave was connected to a ventilation duct since our kitchen is in the center of our house flanked by dining room and living room with no external outlets. Daniel worked from 8-11 am and completed the job to very high standards. His price was very reasonable and I chose to tip him ~25% extra for his customer service. He was very clean, vacuumed and wiped everything down when he was done. He took off his shoes every time he came in the house and wore a mask (my husband and I are high risk for covid, so we were concerned about having a contractor in the house). First of all, I am certain I would not have been able to do the job myself. I could not be more thankful to Daniel for the high quality of his work and I think I might have gone crazy from all the pots and pans I had to clean during the month of having no microwave. I would highly recommend Daniel and will get it touch with him again the next time I need home improvement work done. He is a careful and competent professional who solved problems critically, measures twice and cuts once.
