I appreciated the talent of this contractor & his really fair rates. Most people try to rob you but he is more than fair with his prices. Also, he has such creativity & ideas that he shared with me as I never thought of some of the other ways he could re-finish my basement. He takes pride in his work & it shows. Dave from York, PA

Wow. Dan is a master carpenter type with great skills. Very tough to find someone like him in this day and age. Old-school craftsmanship.
He redid our basement from floor to ceiling, plus waterproofing. And affordable!
