    Danny recently completed a new deck for us in Medford. He and his crew were professional and did a quality job. I'd highly recommend to anyone.

    Dan Veo was referred to us by Metropolitan Cabinet of Watertown. I do a lot of work with Metropolitan Cabinet and his wife works there as the Receptionist.

    He came to our house on the morning of January 5, 2013 and personally met with my wife and myself and discussed the scope of a total bathroom renovation on the second floor of our home. It was very commendable that he came to our home even though he was feeling "under the weather".

    He promised that he would have a proposal sent to us by email the following Wednesday, January 9th. My wife and I told him to take care of himself and his health first and that the proposal could wait until he was well.

    On January 17th I called his cell phone number and left a message to inquire into his
    health and whether he had my correct telephone number.....I did not receive return telephone call.

    A week later (January 22nd) I called his cell phone number again and left a message expressing my concern that we had not heard back from him.

    The following week I went into Metropolitan Cabinet and inquired whether anything had happened to him, i.e. perhaps he had gotten really sick or had some kind of accident. I was told by his wife that he was perfectly fine and it was not like him not to get back to people........She promised that she would speak with him.

    The bottom line(and I can only surmise this as the truth).....He presents himself as a very nice, likeable and knowledgeable person. However he lacks the professionalism and respect to tell people that the truth, ie, either the job is too small for his time or that it is too far away for the "return" that he needs for the work to make sense. He never returned any of the three phone calls that I made after his visit to our home. It is now February 21st.
