I did not like this contractor. He is a very high pressure salesman and in my opinion dishonest. He bangs on my kitchen door and starts telling me my chimney has major problems. I told him I would need to discuss payment with my wife but she has a serious health problem and is going to the doctor very soon. Parks says the work must be done today for the best price. Yes, I should have said get lost. This man is very pushy, says price is $2000 but $1600 while we are in the neighborhood, more bs. He wrote up a contract which was impossible to read. I ask if he would sit down with me so I could take notes of what they were doing. He sends his son in to write a new contract which is still hard to know exactly what they did. His 2 helpers were on my roof for less than 2 hours...$3100.00. I think that's called stealing from old people. He told me the plastic attic vents would be replaced with metal vents so that the squirells could not chew through them. They were not replaced. This man is nothing but a lot of double talk. He sends his son in to collect payment. He doesn't say thank you for the work., probably 'cause he knows he ripped me off Iv'e hired many contractors over the 43 years we have lived here, but this man is the worst. I wonder how many other folks he cheated yesterday?

Great work great prices. Nice to deal with a family business. All new roof and gutters. Price fell right between other estimates
