Dan put on a new roof on my house last year. He guaranteed good work and tidy clean up. Well I had an inspection done because he promised to replace the old boots around the pipes and he neglected to do it. and there are 3 leaks. also nails and asphalt all over the yard and promised to come clean it up and fix the boots but then never showed up. Then had the audacity to claim he had cancer surgery and needed to recover. Please dont hire this guy!
