I called today for a minor issue. Dan told me he had a minimum 2 hr at which he billed. After conversing with him a few minutes, he offered to take a look at the issue and bill be reasonably based on the issue. I sent him a picture of the issue and he thinks it could be a 5 minute job. To me, that is excellent customer service. The job is expected to be done at a future date. I will update my review again.

Have not met Dan personally but he resolved my electrical issue and did it "on the house" ! Totally unexpected but wonderfully appreciated. Again.... This is what customer service is all about. He has earned our future business.
