Some of our siding fell off in January. We actually called another contractor who sent Wayne to do the job. Wayne came quickly and reinstalled the siding. However, he didn't have the right kind of caulk. He put some gunky caulk at the top and said he would come back with the paintable caulk and finish the job. He said he had a cruise scheduled and would come back after he got home. We are now in April and Wayne has been a no show. We have called him and the original contractor. Each time Wayne says he is coming, HE DOES NOT SHOW UP! Apparently he took our money and spent it on the cruise and doesn't care if he finishes the job. We only hope the guy we originally called makes good, because we are sorely disappointed in Wayne Teada and would not recommend him!
