We hired Daniel to do a full renovation of our home. I spent $40,000 with this guy for lack luster work and damage to our property. His crew had no concern for our home or belongings, they went through our garage and used our tools without permission, consistently left our home unlocked and unattended- even doors wide open. They didn’t cover cabinets or our beds before sanding brand new drywall… we’ll be dealing with that dust for years to come. We could rarely get ahold of him, and a 1 month project turned into 3 months. I paid a GC but had to be my own GC, i had to visit my home daily to make sure his crew was doing things as we wanted. I can count on 1 hand how many times that Daniel came to our home to check progress. There was a complete lack of supervision. Mistake after mistake led to tile, paint, texture, door, and baseboard problems. They sprayed paint into our brand new light fixtures, onto the back of our wooden front door, and banged up our brand new $2000 set of washer/dryer. This is not to mention the laminate flooring they laid without a moisture barrier, argued with me about, then pulled and relaid it. Following that, he sent a cleaning crew to our house who use acrylic wax on our brand new Pergo laminate, destroying it. We’re still dealing with cleaning it up. We asked him to leave and will be finding someone else to clean up his work and finish our home.
