I ended up paying Danika plumbing $500 for the video Inspection camera and the drain snake service, in which they only performed the video inspection to see a root that had penetrated through my main sewer drain - 2 Danika plumbers came over Tuesday, about 5 hours later than scheduled as they called and said their previous job had a water line break so it took more time than expected, but I said this was fine. At 3pm once they showed up, I was there, and witnessed 2 Danika Plumbing employees pretend to try to clear the roots for 10 seconds with the drain snake and they adamantly told me they could not clear the roots with the snake, this was a lie, any real plumber can. First of all, I saw they didnt use the right attachments for the drain snake to cut roots, and they said they need to come back 2 days later for a $1,400 hydro jet service to cut the roots, myself being desperate to get my line cleared, I agreed and scheduled for Thursday. I spoke with my retired plumber friend and got a referral from a real plumber, who was a great honest plumber named Rick, (from a real and ethical plumbing company) who said the snake would have done the job no problem if they would have actually tried using it (since Danika plumbing guys are on commission they felt they wanted to make an additional profit and not resolve my job for $500, and corner me into charging me $1,400 for the hydro jet service that I did not need.) I hired this new plumber, Rick, and he came over that Thursday to remove the roots from the drain, and video scoped it for me for a 1 hr rate of $330 including tax, pipe is very clean now... I cancelled Danika plumbings Thursday Appointment for the hydrojetting scam... I hope this helps others not fall prey to this greedy scheme...

APROX. 3.33PM , 7/29/2015. Your installers came to my address, I was greeted by a young man who is smaller then the other person. The smaller person was very polite and friendly. The smaller person and I started a conversation like showing where the water heater is and so the smaller person started to look at it and explaining what and how things are needed. While we were talking the bigger person rudely interrupts looking very mean and upset, “WHAT DO THINK WE ARE SUPPOSE TO DO” because of his tone of voice I told him I am talking to the smaller person. Then the bigger person escalated in a very threatening manner “NOW I AM TALKING TO YOU, WHAT ELSE DO THINK WE ARE SUPPOSE TO!!”. At this time the bigger person has moved closer to me in my garage next to the water heater in a more threaten manner and a very hostile tone of voice. Again, I told the bigger person “ I WILL NOT TALK TO YOU IN THAT TONE OF VOICE AND ATTITUDE; I AM TALKING TO THE SMALLER PERSON”. At this time the bigger person moved a little closer to me and said “ I DON’T LIKE HOW YOU ARE TALKING TO ME SO GET OUT OF MY FACE, WE DON’T HAVE TO DO ANYTHING WE AR LEAVING!!”
Now, the bigger person is moving out of my garage and getting into the truck on the driver side. The smaller person looks at me in shock and confused just as I was myself. I then ask the smaller person to leave the water heater if they choose not to install the water heater please leave it so I can have a different installer do it. At this time me and the smaller person are in a small conversation on trying to find out what is the next step to do, the bigger person gets out of the truck walks over to me and gets into my face again yelling, using Bogart language and threats. I then stop listening to him and step back from him, ignore what ever he is saying and doing. I then try to get back to talk to the smaller person, but I could not talk because of the bigger person yelling at the smaller person “ GET IN THE TRUCK WE ARE LEAVING”. At this time the last words of the smaller person was “I WILL GET BACK WITH YOU AND I WILL TRY TO FIND OUT WHAT THE PROBLEM IS”. I then said ok, and walked back to my garage.
All this happen in five minutes, I have the house wired for AUDIO AND VIDEO, made a dvd cd playback and you can see everything I say is very true.
THAT BIG PERSON IN NOW NOT WANTED ON OR AROUND MY PROPERTY IF SO I WILL CALL THE AUTHORITY
