I paid to have a pool heater installed and noticed a some time later when I went to rinse the filter it had exploded. I replaced it thinking it was a cheap amazon Chinese filter but after a few more weeks the new one exploded also.. I was wondering at this point if I wasn't washing the filter out enough so I cleaned everythingand put in a new filter and checked again after a few weeks and it also blew up. So out of frustration I went to Pinch a Penny to show them the filter. I spoke to Connor and he looked at the filter and told me that the inside was covered with dirt from the pool but the outside was clean and this was because the filter was intalled backwards when this company repiped the equipment when putting in the new heater. What absolutlely astonishes me is that it was inspected by Martin county and they did not catch the problem and approved it. I am waiting for Tim from the company to call me and fix the problem. 04/25/2023.
Added 5/29/23, I spoke with Doug Kiepler the contractor that works for Danley and he assured me that he would contact the owner and refund me for my parts that needed to be replaced and it has been over a month and I have been ghosted.
