After signing and paying for a service contract, there is no contact and he has not returned any phone calls, e mails, or fax. To this date, he had disconnected his phone number. He has taken my money and has not serviced the equipment.

Daniel arrived on time for our initial meeting about a standby generator. After going over my concerns he recommended a bigger unit then I initially intended but within my budget.
Over the next two days, Daniel and his crew worked through a snowstorm to get the generator installed and working to my liking.
Great experience and a great guy!
