I would not recommend hiring this contractor. He did a deck tiling job on our 6 unit condo building in 2017 and left us with serious issues. The decks were tiled and the contractor did not pitch the surface correctly so we have standing water on 4 of the deck wit any rain. In addition, he tiled one of the decks even though the floor was not level. Rather than calling this out as the work was being done the contractor just tiled over the uneven surface leaving a huge dip in the cent of the deck. After repeated attempts to have the contractor come back to our property he finally agreed to stop by to take a look. He inspected the decks and openly admitted that there were problems with level and pitch and indicated that he would put together a plan to repair. We never heard from him again and have repeatedly reached out to him over a 2 year period with no response. He did not stand behind his work and did not correct what he admitted was installed incorrectly. I would not use this contractor.
