I would have told you he did great work, because he did. Just recently we hired him to repair a crack and paint the deck. Pressure washing done, coating done, crack repair not even attempted. When he came out to check the work his workers did, he was not happy with my answer. There was no repair of any kind. He said I told you it might still show, so he left us very upset and unfinished. SAD
