I can't comment on dannys work since he never got to doing it. When he came in for the estimate, I showed him everything he had to do and even had a paper with all the tasks to be performed written down to make sure I didn't miss anything. He happily agreed to do everything I needed him to do that day and gave me his "estimate" paper with a few of the major things to be done mentioned on it. When we finally agreed on a start date andhe came tto finalize everything, we went over everything that needs to be done again from the SAME paper and suddenly he's telling me that he never agreed to do those things and as if this is the first time he's hearing it. Beware. He is a waste of time. If you still choose to hire him, definitely have EVERY LAST DETAIL written out and signed on your own paperwork. Even better, have a voice recorder on. Oh and by the way, I later found out that the "easy and fast" option that danny wanted to use on my property would've caused more bad than good and i would've been left with a good chunk of damage. I'm so happy that it didn't work out with him, the next guy I hired took his time but got the job done right without a hassle.
